been over a week cant email or call gonna request my money back from the credit card company if i dont hear back from these people (discountlidocaine.com) (lidorx.com ) this week.seems like fraud!!!!

Your a tool. Her aunt died and had to go to a funeral I've been going through them for over 4 years and where there is a delay there is always extra product received. You posting negative shit on their board about a order placed a week ago? They are the only trust worthy people that sell lidocaine powder out there. I spoke with her tonight and she said everything went well and she will be back in the office in the morning. My order is going out along with everyone else in the morning. I ordered 4kg that's a chunk of money i'm going to receive 2 extra kg for a short wait that's almost 1000 bucks. You calling them fraud you prolly need to shut your mouth and open your inbox or spam folder. I'm pretty sure when you get your box you will be happy with the extras they put in. I norm wouldn't give a damn what some troll says about people but these people are the furthest thing from fraud as it comes. make a post when u get it I want to see if i'm right. Just curious how much did u buy?

Easy there guys! I apologize for my brief absence due to my aunts sudden death. Just want everyone to know I will always be here for all of my clients and will take care of them.
Fred, your order was doubled and shipped out today, I emailed you the towards the end of the week. I'm kind of confused why would you post something of that nature after I replied back to you?
Mixitup, Thanks for your kind words but you must understand everyone doesn't know our company like you do. The last thing I want is anyone upset, which you know that.
I hope and know everyone will be happy. I apologize for my short absence of a week but we are back and running full speed.

Austin,
We are a domestic USA company. Which all over our website it says no international all over our site. The reason being customs will intercept it or all sorts of different situations. I wish you would of sent a email sooner to let me know that it did not arrive. That way we would send you another order out to you, weeks ago. Please post when your 2nd order arrives.

I've been ordering for I guess a year or so and I've had perfect service everytime with extras in almost every shipment..Only place I order from. Thanks again, Joe

Seller has not sent tracking number or confirmation of shipment and the destination is domestic. Not saying it's a scam, but will post again in a few days if there is no update and will contact my credit card company at that time.

The first available business day, I received an email from USPS notifying me that my package had been shipped. I received a prompt reply from Victoria notifying me to double check my spam folder, which for some reason the email was in fact filtered into here by Microsoft Live Mail. I am very pleased with this company's professionalism and courtesy. My package should be here tomorrow and I will post again verifying correct quantity and quality. So far I am very pleased with my choice of trusting this company, even though my first assumption about all online orders is that they are a scam. Thank you for proving me wrong Victoria :)
